A Well-Traveled Wall

Gallery Walls

This gallery project is one that took months of planning! The client started with hundreds of photos that I was tasked with narrowing down to just fourteen! I decided that color was the most important element (the massive wall of white shiplap is screaming for it!) and noticed that the ones with the colors I was most drawn to were mainly photos of the family's travels. This became our theme and eventually I got it narrowed down! Next it was time to choose frames! Since the photos had their own contrast and so much rich color, we decided simple was best. Thin black + white Target frames with white mattes did the trick. The collection of photos makes the family so happy and they really up the coziness factor in their family room. I can't wait to share more of my consulting work on this magnificent home!
